Please use the CIS contact form and if possible indicate which of the following categories your message falls into:
- Editorial Direct messages to the Abstracting Editor regarding
- database content, including suggestions for expanded coverage, corrections of entries, missing entries in indexed publications;
- volunteering to participate in abstracting or other aspects of the CIS editorial effort.
- General and Web site
- General questions about CIS,
- questions or suggestions regarding the working of the Web site, including problems with queries.
- Subscription or ordering information and access to Web Query Site
- problems about accessing the site as a subscriber (for example, getting "Access denied" messages on computers that should be entitled to access),
- to update your list of authorized nodes (IP addresses),
- requests for usage statistics (from the subscription contact for the organization),
- questions about getting an invoice, setting up access, renewals, etc. if you are already a subscriber,
